Darko Dejanovic and formerly Jess Tarr have and had zero interest in the company or those that make it run. Executives are happier shaving every possible dollar and pound of flesh from his overworked and under-appreciated support staff. For a company turning ~$1.1B annually, there never seems to be enough to pay for employee retention; as a matter of fact, there was a massive layoff during the holidays in 2021. To what end? More net profits and stretching an already scant workforce even thinner. And Benefits? An absolute joke. For the top tier offered to their hourly employees, there is a $2000 deductible that must be met, which includes medications. You will pay out of pocket for all medication and doctor's visits to the tune of $2000 before the insurance you pay for will take effect. Never in my life have I seen such a cheap, careless offering. Organisation? Mickey Mouse could do better. Management is left to their own devices, only informed of MASSIVE ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES days before, if not hours. In the worst case, changes are made and teams and their managers are made to adapt on the fly without notice or any support from above.
