This company is a complete disaster at the moment. Zero culture. Useless meetings. Top level leadership is clueless, unempathetic, extremely arrogant, underqualified and overcompensating. Seriously concerned that the CEO is a literal sociopath - he has given some unbelievable speeches and not in a good way. At a huge employee event he actually used a metaphor comparing employees to tree branches, saying that if you apply sudden pressure the branch will break but if you continually pressure it, the branch will bend the way you want it to. He literally said "continuous pressure" was one of his core principles! Followed that up by admitting he had COVID and attended our event, and then said he only sleeps two hours a night and the rest of us should learn to be like him. Insane! Next two levels under him are filled with equally bizarre, robotic people with zero human empathy. The leadership is atrocious. Morale is below zero. Employees are quitting en masse including long time vets who are paid well. At least 50% of the entire company has turned over in the last 8 months. Don't work here.
