11yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are proud of our strong culture and even more so of our talented team members that enable it to thrive across more than 75 countries. It’s true - people will often hear (or see) Solera associates reference our guiding principles (80/20, 90/10, etc.) as well as other philosophies, such as the 3Hs (Always be Humble, Hungry, and Hunting.) Words like these mean a lot for Solera’s almost 5,000 global associates, and the values they represent are oftentimes the reason they choose to join and, ultimately, stay with the company. In addition to that, having a common language allows us to communicate effectively as a team and continue to achieve uncommon growth.
