The project manager who interviewed me and two other senior developers left the company the third day I got there. And I got fired the following Monday. I don't know what they can tell in one week of hiring. They never give time for getting familiar with the project and made hiring and firing people like a joke. The dev manager knows nothing about software developing. I never know anyone interviewing like him that only asked for keyword for each question. Obviously that dev manager wouldn't know if the answer is correct if I said a lot but the keyword he had at his hand. They push a lot, want you to solve all the code defects on the first day there and think everything you do can be done within 2 hours by others and even refuse to pay.
