Purpose in work, supportive staff. Work to be done was clear and somewhat structured. Good benefits and emphasis on self-care.

Employees have been there way too long and experience burnout and lack of drive, passion or motivation in work. Too many programs competing for funding and very little communication between departments. Staff meetings were not structured, bitter employees, and so much untapped potential. Overall environment was very despairing and hopeless. Systems and processes in place that are not up to date or even user friendly, and a total stubborn and adverse response to any change
