Solid processes and established workflows. Departments were ran very efficiently and harmoniously. Company was very serious about honoring SLA to their clients.

Often ran into accidents/traffic on the way to the office.

Don´t pay in time or at all - for the last 3 months of employment paid late and after ending my contract i'm still waiting for my final payment, at court atm, no breaks/meal - requests to do the shift without breaks and leaving 1h30 early but then nobody comes to substitute, gaslighting technique - excuses after excuses when you question your rights and never being clear or truthfull
