The manager and he had a monopoly. They gave privilege to their favorites. The company that sourced out ssg for bpo services paid higher salaries and also incentives. I got half the amount the company was paying them and I didn't see a single penny from the incentives. As I wasn't pleasing my manager they gave only night shifts. Pathetic management.
