Decent rate of pay, good hours.

Lack of proper training (videos from 2008 don't constitute proper training) Minimal support offered from senior, more experienced members of staff Working directly under the CEO sounds like a dream, it's not. No compassion given for performance loss due to extreme circumstances (loss of family member who had ongoing issues), with these circumstances being very clear from before employment commenced.

Good people, promote from within, nice office in a good location, use of company vehicles and a good bunch of clients. Directors very supportive on a personal level to all staff.

Job descriptions constantly change, clients can be unorganized.
