Interesting... If we do not keep employees after a project, how is it we have a public record of Green Card sponsorship. Like with any business, if you do not perform to our company expectations , you do not keep your job. Look up the facts... Myvisajobs will tell the truth.
BTW.. we have had the same admin now for the last 30 months.. Who is this previous Admin posting now as a former admin???

Lots to learn and get involved with in the Wireless RF industry
The field techs are some of he hardest workers I have ever seen. The DAS testing/commissioning environment is interesting and is a great opportunity for young people who do not have families and are willing to travel regularly, about 75% or more of the time domestically. There is a lot of value in the types of skills and knowledge that can be gained for someone who is looking for a foot in the door opportunity in the telecom industry with this organization. This company has the potential to be very successful as long as it can get past some of the hurdles that it has made for itself.

A lot of gossip and a huge rumor mill. Some personnel do create friction for no good reason and are the central cause of the friction. This does impact low morale within the group/team. I read one review that mentions nepotism. Nepotism is a part of the problem and likely why management pays no mind to the issue.
