I loved working with everyone there from the Solution Street management team down to every developer and QA tester. Really smart, fun-loving, caring bunch. The management team allows everyone the independence to perform their best for clients while also always there to provide solid support as needed.

None that I have experienced.

- Flexible to work remotely when needed. - Comfortable work environment with 29" monitor, reclining swivel chair and kitchen full of snacks and sodas. - Excellent health/dental benefits. - Centrally located in Herndon near plenty of restaurants and right off the toll road. - Often included in the interview process of possible candidates. - We are all encouraged and supported to learn new technologies. - Collaborative work environment which puts me near my developers and allows for instant changes...perfect for the agile project I'm on. More than the specific items I can list, is the overall feeling that you're part of a small business that values their employees...rather than a large company where you're just a number. Face time with management is always accessible, and I've always felt that my opinion mattered. I would highly recommend working at Solution Street to any of my friends.
