      I have been with Solutions Recovery for over 3 years now. They are a company who will mentor and grow their employees. The management team cares about those who work form them and they allow staff to contribute their ideas and thoughts to make the company better and reach more people! There is a feeling of family at Solutions that keeps me excited about coming in everyday. It doesn't even feel like work because you are surrounded by people who truly care for you and want the best for you. There is a culture of trust and honesty that makes you free to make mistakes and learn from them. Solutions is one of the most sought after internship placements for both undergrad and graduate intern student due to everyone knowing they having outstanding clinical therapists and treatment outcomes.

      THE best reason to work at Solutions is the people. My coworkers in the clinical staff are amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other when needed. There is always a listening ear or out-stretched hand. The patients are an experience you only get in residential care. Many of the staff in general are in recovery and glad to share stories of hope when anyone has a rough day. I cannot say enough about our people. The offices are decent sizes. The supplies are not hard to come by. The campus is beautiful.

      There are a few down sides. Clinical manager and team leader are kept busy and can be difficult to see. Training is limited and not good for someone new to substance abuse and/or therapy. Knowledge of 12-step programs is very important despite us not being a 12-step based program. (We are CBT based.)
