CEO Dave Marlon is a caring and involved Manager. The staff at Solutions Recovery are very friendly and helpful! I only worked there for a few months because I was a contract employee but my Supervisor Liza was a patient and helpful teacher! I was supported In any way I needed when I requested help.

Not enough hours in the day to do everything I wanted to get done.

THE best reason to work at Solutions is the people. My coworkers in the clinical staff are amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to help each other when needed. There is always a listening ear or out-stretched hand. The patients are an experience you only get in residential care. Many of the staff in general are in recovery and glad to share stories of hope when anyone has a rough day. I cannot say enough about our people. The offices are decent sizes. The supplies are not hard to come by. The campus is beautiful.

There are a few down sides. Clinical manager and team leader are kept busy and can be difficult to see. Training is limited and not good for someone new to substance abuse and/or therapy. Knowledge of 12-step programs is very important despite us not being a 12-step based program. (We are CBT based.)
