Absolutely none- they do a great job

I have wanted to write this since Day 9, and told myself I have to wait till the end of Month 3 to "make sure it's real". I can no longer wait though, as I can now verify it's real. Month 2 it is. 1. The people here are the professional role models I have looked for for a long time. 2. The teams here work with one another quickly. As an example: I can contact my product manager anytime during working hours and I KNOW she will be back to me in the next few hours. 3. Phenomenal work/life balance. Everyone just... gets it? Like, it really isn't sold or told, it's shown through team member's actions. Hopefully this makes sense. 4. Honest. 5. Celebration of small wins. Genuinely.

The only trouble I've run into is with getting software I "want" installed on my machine. There are alternatives for all these "wants" though, so it's not a real con. It's just the only thing I can think of.
