      Soluto is an amazing place. Fitting the company's no-ego atmosphere and DNA is an important part of the hiring policy, so you're always surrounded by great people. The organization is open for experimentation and will let you do the things you love doing. There is a good balance between the quickly changing and dynamic work that is done, and the long term vision. Working in that environment keeps challenging your work (and this could be a pro or a con, depending on your character - I find it positive) It's a dog friendly, party loving company. Great treats, small and big such as holiday gifts, summer events and a company vacation.

      There are many opportunities. Managers are open to organizational and sometimes cultural changes. There is a lot of openness to mobilizing employees within the company. Salaries are relatively high compared to competitors, while work-life balance is not a cliché. Many women in the company. Super important. The company has a strong financial backing because it is part of a huge international company, and at the same time the atmosphere in the offices in Tel Aviv is very fun and reminiscent of young startups.

      had a rough year during Covid, a good amount of people moved on. (although it was good some of them left and left a place for a change). Also the company has connection to big US company, that can be uncomfortable for some teams
