Thank you for your feedback. Even though less-than-favorable reviews are something no company sets out to achieve, we do appreciate you taking the time. As you pointed out, your experience with SolvIT and your manager was positive until the COVID pandemic struck. The financial ramifications were swift throughout many companies. SolvIT and our clients were not spared. The normal business workflows that determine our staffing needs came to a halt with no immediate end in sight. As a result, in order to meet our client’s needs, hard budget decisions had to be made. As unfortunate as those decisions are, they are a reality brought about by the pandemic.
