      Well for me the only downsides i experienced with the companies was when they divested the Pharmaceutical groups. That is the ultimate reason why i was retrenched and leave Solvay Group/

      I have no pros that I can think of

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
