      Good work life balance. Depending upon your manager. Good safety culture. Nice teams to work with.

      Slow growth depending upon your manager. Less salary hikes than competition. They say it's flat organisation but it's not. Lot of hirarchy.

      Work load and the department has very high expectations for this job. It's almost like an account manager/ customer service roll.

      I was actually let go in 2019. It would not let me scroll in the drop down for the year. I was let go after returning from short term disability. The only time I ever was on short term disability in 11 years. My lawyer told me I could sue and would more than likely win. I chose not to.
