Understaffed, overworked, low accountability - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso Solventum

Not a well resourced organization, very lean across many functions, working level feels overwhelmed and overworked as too many changes going on organization wide. Poor accountability as no one really wants to take ownership on issues, many discussions can go on for a long time with no conclusion as waiting for direction from global/leaders.
