I love working here. It's super fast paced so I am having to think critically and solve problems on the daily. The hardest part of most jobs for me is the "corporate crawl" where everything has to get approved 5 times before it can be implemented. Here, if you have a great idea, we'll run with it! Every single person that is successful here has a bias for action- which means they are very active in their approach to work. It's all about taking initiative and being resourceful. I'd recommend anyone who has a passion for e-commerce or entrepreneurial qualities in general to reach out. Getting hired here has way more to do with your attitude than it does your technical knowledge. Work life balance is totally normal. Here at 9, gone by 5 90% of the time, but who knows if an emergency happens in a different time zone. Good to be flexible! Also, great snacks.
