I am working here near about one year and now have some opinions about this company. So let's share some feedbacks about Somnetics so that you can get an idea about working culture, employees, management team of this organization. 1) The working environment is really good and friendly. Definitely, here you will not feel like a robot. You will learn new things about the quality of coding and its standard, will get a chance to work with new technology as we have our own product. 2) Team members are really supportive. Whenever I face any complex situation, my teammates stand beside me always. 3) I have worked with other companies too, but here I have seen the management team is really helpful. They always try to maintain the environment employee-friendly. 4) We get salary on time here and till now I do not have any issue with this. 5) Our working time is flexible here. 6) Office location is really good and well connected with the transportation system. 5) One of the most important points that we definitely need is to maintain a balance between work life and personal life which I have got here. This gives me the energy to concentrate fully while working at the office and after that, I can have my personal life.
