People are really nice and there is a culture of kindness and collaboration that is lovely. We are not made to work more than a normal work week although some people choose to to keep up with workload.

Ever since they decided to be acquired by SBI, things have been steadily declining. Morale is at an all time low after our third round of layoffs in 2 years. Workload for some is really heavy because either they have laid off team members or some have decided to leave this mess and they won't backfill. Others have extra time these days because we have been waiting for 9 months to hear the "yes let's get started" on these massive projects they keep talking about. Said massive project probably isn't a good investment but they made a deal. Everyone tries to keep busy and stay optimistic but when we take a minute to think about the mess that is our leadership... Well it's not a happy bunch.
