great company helping artists distribute and promote music all over the world

no cons i would recommend everyone checking out SongDew

Co-workers are usually understanding. Other than that I do not see any pros

There is no set objective. Management lacks clarity as to what they are trying to do. Communication lacks clarity. No proper KPIs. You have to wear multiple hats which necessarily isn't an issue on it's own but the lack of clarity makes it really difficult to just be.
