Mentally draining, mentally demanding, a lot of managers will talk crap about EVERYBODY for the stupidest stuff, higher ups dont necessarily do anything, you're usually kept over your schedules time making transportation (if you dont drive) and planning really really hard, they get petty and snappy if you call out sick once in a blue moon, nitpicky
