I've been at SoFo for over 5 years and I still don't touch the top tenure bracket. People love it here so much they stay, I've even see people leave and come back. You do need to be able to work autonomously to succeed here, as a note for anyone who prefers more oversight. That being said, when I have issues or questions I always get time with upper management and I feel like they truly listen to my input and take time to guide me. The coworkers are great and the office culture is fun and relaxed. The benefits package is the best I've ever had (time off, insurance, 401K match, company cell phone, remote work, etc.)

There isn't great communication between the various departments which can be frustrating. We often find out about operational or product changes after they're implemented as there is no central information hub. Depending on your department, there is limited room for growth or advancement.
