The level of clinical diagnostics is high complexity and esoteric testing - great for MLS who are burnt out on hospital environment and want more of a intellectual challenge. Supportive environment and management is approachable.

Like many healthcare and lab jobs in Austin, the pay is underwhelming for the level of expertise needed to succeed.
