CEO and Founder is trying to be VP of Sales, ER doctor and faculty position. He has no business background. His vision for the company is clouded because he is the founder. Trying to wear to many hats. Unrealistic workload on all his employees. No work life balance. Has company calls on the weekends and after hours. No insurance for spouses. Young sales force, unrealistic training schedule for new hires. Poor morale in the office.
