Culture change needed from the Top - Recensione dipendente - Quality Manager presso Sonoco (SC)

Due to multiple buy outs/ rebrands many of the senior management are stuck in their old ways. Lots of experience on site which is not valued by external management. A lack of willingness to address concerns and look after the wellbeing of managers when issues are raised leading to overstress, burnout and job creep.
