Finance Analyst - Recensione dipendente - Financial Analyst presso Sony

Management just fight to survive. They don't speak up and all are the same with very few exceptions. As I said the scope of work is great but totally jeopardised by the lack of interest in invest in people skills. A nice team of qualified and high skilled accountants lost on the very unhealthy environment most of the time avoidable if we had real managers with a proper attitude and approach. Managers should be working for Sony interests but they just exercise the art of survival there.
