SAP unit is the worst part in siscpl. majority of these projects are now handled by consulting firms. no worthy projects and most of them are support projects. no career growth and too. many politics. still, they are following old process and old technologies. if you join siscpl, it's difficult to come out as you can't be in . synch with market latest trends.. you career will end up like tcs company... moreover, i don't see any future for sap consultant i.e. technical or functional. compensation is under par to current trends .
