Terrible management - Recensione dipendente - Purchasing Officer presso Sony

Management of the purchasing department are terrible people, turnover is high. Senior management nice, but aware of the poor management and choose to turn a blind eye. Shame as has good potential and a few good employees. Ways of working are archaic given then size of the company, ancient oracle system & multiple excel sheets where you need sign off to add a simple formula to make your job easier. Constantly scrutinised/ have someone looking over your shoulder, spoken to like children. Fair to say I didn’t stay here long.
