Great retail environment with upper-echelon pay scale. Even with the economy the bonus structure allowed several different ways to make bonus; conference calls with upper management and corporate kept employees, for the most part, in the loop about changes and expectations. Minimal travel, but with timely reimbursement. Good benefits. Managers at store level allowed to make decisions on their own to grow the business, without the need to ask permission.

Too many upper-management staff changes and realignments created a constant air of uncertainty in 2010, which brought the company's growth to a halt.
