If you love consumer electronics and technology, it's fun to see what's out and what's coming next. - A strong global brand. - Decent pay and benefits that are on par with other CE companies. - The on site gym is great even though it's not free. $20 per month membership fee. - Some outstanding people and brilliant minds at the company are mixed in with the dead weight. It's too bad that some of these people don't get an opportunity to shine because they're too busy working instead of schmoozing. - New president in the US with a new perspective to move us forward.

- The biggest con is the office politics. Much of the senior management is dead weight and they lack the vision and direction to guide the company on. The new president has a campaign to make changes but unfortunately he has placed the same old management into these roles instead of cleaning up and bringing in fresh leaders. - The company is slow and reactive because there are so many executives and executive committees to hold things up. - Plenty of waste. It's like pork barrel spending with valuable resources wasted on pet projects.
