From all the former employers I've had this is the first time I feel at peace and fulfilled in my work. - Forward thinking and innovative organization. Leadership is thoughtful of staff impacts and constantly monitor the market to pivot and adjust the business to remain competitive while also causing the least staff disruption. - Compared to what I've seen in Comparision to similar employers, we have avoided massive layoffs which is a blessing! - Benefits are great and I don't have to pay outrageous costs for medical and dental. - We have a gym onsite and also have virtual workout classes for our remote or work from home employees. - Cafe on site that serves breakfast and lunch. They also have a coffee bar! - I said it already but I find the need to say it again, I love my colleagues! Regardless of our differences, we value what everyone brings to the table and work great together.
