Super high turnover rate Manager lack experience and knowledge SUPER micromanage Worst flexible company, you have to arrive on time without fail every day,if not deduct bonus ( 9am working hour, 9.01still consider late) HQ way of giving instructions is questionable, major holidays eve, will need you to stay there and wait for nothing. Paperwork wise is ok but will require office staff to do warehousing work -wrapping and lifting. OT for nothing Overall a place to learn lot of knowledge , but will suffer from HQ and Management strict and not flexible requirements.
