Vantaggi
Was good during 2022-2023. People and leadership were great and the product itself is actually not bad.
Svantaggi
After 2023, the environment was absolutely horrendous after the original CEO Kris Hagerman went to "Explore different avenues within his life". Everyone knows the private stakeholders ousted him because of a problem that wasn't even his fault. It's laughable they think the cover up could fool anyone. After that, micromanaging got out of hand real quick and the company started spiralling downhill. I was one of the top performers there and I had been reported for disciplinary action because I happened to look at my phone for a split second and someone saw it. What's even more disturbing was that they took a picture of me and sent it to my manager. Work culture became toxic and it felt like you were more of a labor camp worker than a employee. Leadership was also all over the place with quotas and payout. Sales people were constantly on a barely livable draw for commission until they "sorted it out", only to have them raise the target and pay everyone out with pennies. Promises were never kept and leaders only cared about their appearance to others. Promotions were based on work relationships rather than metrics. I was told I "didn't have drive" when I had maintained over 100% quota for multiple years. Yet they promoted multiple people I had trained who had lower attainment than me. Fast forward to now, they have now axed multiple leaders that were holding this circus tent up and teams across the board are very demoralised with where the company is going. Some of my former colleagues have even told me they would have rather been laid off with severance than be left to stay. I'm glad I left last year and haven't regretted my decision one bit.
