Lack of motivation, not many accounts at the pune centre. Learning and knowledge sharing opportunities do not exist. HR and finance dept are not of much help. HR has spoken to us just once in the past 3 years. There are not many projects on advanced technologies. The project teams are all very small teams of 4-5 members each. Working environment is very bad in certain projects because the team leads and managers are more involved in monitoring their employees rather than concentrating on the fact that it's the lack of work that is causing these issues. Lot's of people and finance issues. Policies keep changing and all the burden has to be bourne by the employees. Even the on-site opportunities are not client facing, therefore it does not give the employee much advantage. Moreover, the financial problems and uncertainities during onsite visit really kill all the interest.
