2yFirstly, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. Even though you are no longer with Sopro, we value balanced feedback and views of all team members - both past and present.
It's great to hear you enjoyed your colleagues, teamwork and the location within our Skopje office during your time with us, we really do have fantastic people.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts relating to workload. This is something we are aware of and is a prioirty for us with numerous automation activities currently underway to address this.
I'm sorry to hear that you do not feel that the business has been transparent in its communications. Transparency and open communication is a priority, not just for me personally but across the leadership team. Our aim is always to communicate as much as we can, as soon as we can - though I appreciate we don't always get it right. As a business we are always looking for ways to improve, and that includes our internal practices for the benefit of our people.
