I'm sorry to hear that you feel you experienced poor leadership at Sopro. We value all insights we get from exit interviews, please be assured any insights you shared help to inform training needs or action for follow up and implementation.
Likewise, we have recently introduced our People & Pay Committee to enable us to proactively address all matters relating to remuneration and reward, including salary reviews.
