1. If you're looking for a place where you can learn a lot in a short time, Soroco is the place to go. Of course, that means long working hours. But, it's totally worth it for 1-1.5 years. 2. This place has an amazing set of Engineers and Automation Consultants. Very talented, enthusiastic, and responsible folks. You get to learn a lot from them.

1. Zero respect for employees' efforts. Benefits and recognition definitely don't weigh the effort you have to put in. (Things are different if you can be in the good books of CXOs). 2. Work gets quite redundant after the initial 1-1.5 years. Due to a lack of formal and open communication channels, to discuss your career growth, you will find yourself stuck in a particular place after a while. 3. Sales team ends up making false promises to the client (not sure if that's done willingly or not) and the delivery team is under pressure right from Day-1. And most often quality of delivery gets seriously impacted (and ignored). 4. Once a project is shipped, there is very little effort put into following up with the client to see if the promised benefits are being met. Soroco is majorly able to get projects because of the big names and the associations they've. Not having a customer excellence or experience mechanism will create dents in the long term. 5. From the product side, very soon into the company you will realize things far from being as good as they say it is.

Growth - the company has found an area with deep tech where there is a big opportunity to change work experiences for working teams. Everyone is very focused on the business goals to move the company forward. Leadership shares info on how the products / our work is making an impact to customers, and what needs to improve as well. Product and engineering continually trying to improve those areas to benefit the customer experience. 2. Smart people - Soroco definitely has some of the best talent, I work with really smart people and diverse teams, it makes the environment collaborative where learning is a constant.

Collaborating across time zones can be challenging and leads to long days, but that is expected in a global company that is growing at this fast pace. This is pretty much expected everywhere in organizations globally. The work guidelines allow for comp. offs and flexibility to adjust to varied hours - needs prior discussion and planning with managers though.
