Product and engineering continually trying to improve those areas to benefit the customer experience. 2. Smart people - Soroco definitely has some of the best talent, I work with really smart people and diverse teams, it makes the environment collaborative where learning is a constant.

Collaborating across time zones can be challenging and leads to long days, but that is expected in a global company that is growing at this fast pace. This is pretty much expected everywhere in organizations globally. The work guidelines allow for comp. offs and flexibility to adjust to varied hours - needs prior discussion and planning with managers though.
