Sorted Group has some great people but mostly it’s younger workforce. It’s a stress filled boiler room environment disguised by superficial employee benefits. The biggest con however is the senior leadership whom run the company like they are an elite clique. They have a turnstile recruitment policy and hire and fire employees all the time which is why people always feel on edge and also why they are always hiring. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.
