Vantaggi
The company's base is as a marketplace for connecting clients and agencies together. - The culture is pleasant, the product is being improved, everyone is open to improvements and beneficial changes. - The compensation package is pretty good, and there's an option of a company car, meal vouchers, training credit, annual boot-camp, and a standard 20 day vacation day allowance. - The company is young and growing more quickly, there is a push for adding more experienced members to the team to help guide and shape the whole product. - Interesting product and features. - No micromanagement, management are real humans. - Open to some time spent working remotely on a weekly basis.
Svantaggi
Overall I think there are very few cons working here, but there are some improvements that can be made. - Employees in the Belgian offices split their time between Wavre (the HQ) and Brussels (near central station). This leads to having to go to Wavre about once per week for meetings. It can feel like some wasted time by both commuting in traffic and some meetings which could have been a Hangouts event instead. The team's focus can be a bit split between the two offices instead of working as one cohesive unit. However, management are actively trying to improve on this. - The Wavre office's sewage system has some issues that need to be fixed (bad smells throughout the office sometimes). - The Wavre office is difficult to get to without a car as it's awkwardly positioned on the edge of the city, but team members alleviate this by taking turns carpooling. If your schedule does not align up though, you will have to get a bus which sometimes doesn't depart even hourly.
