FREE CLASSES, smells good, most riders are nice, it isn't too difficult or stressful of a job. Instructors are so nice and fun. Studio manager was amazing, just not the assistant ones. HIGH up people like regional managers are all so nice that I've met and also all corporate people I met were great too.
Svantaggi
I'm guessing a lot of people that had good experiences with staff on here/ saying it's like a family type stuff did so because they worked there for a reallyyy long time or joined when a lot of other people were joining. The staff/ managers are sooo rude if you're new and don't know every single thing, I literally was treated like a complete idiot on the second day, obviously way before my training ended. A month in when knowing practically everything I was still treated really badly and the staff who has been there a long time is so cliquey and unfriendly to new people but so nice to each other. They clearly do not like new front desk staff because they assume you're gonna be gone soon, and they make that very obvious, talking smack about people who have left after 2-3 months and treating new staff like idiots, it's truly no secret. However, the hiring manager told me it's completely fine to work 3 months in my interview , I mean this is a service job so, SURPRISE, a lot of people arent gonna work here more than a few months. These people should probably get over that , suck it up and just be nice to new staff
