Incredible coworkers that grew into deep, life-long friendships. Positive, supportive environment. I am not a "fitness person" but I believe in this company so much. The joy and passion that come from SOUL are sincere and heart-felt. I am so grateful to have found my way into this company and for the love and interest the company has shown me. Hours/schedules can be unconventional/fluid and SoulCycle is open 365 days a year so that can be tough, but for someone who gets bored with routine (like me!) - every day is a new adventure and challenge.
