I joined with the chance to build a department from scratch—which is totally my thing—and I’ve gotten a ton of freedom to own projects and see real impact fast. Leadership trusts you to do your thing and actually listens to your ideas, which is super refreshing. The team here is just solid people all around. I came from working totally remote and, honestly, the move to being in the office was way easier than I expected. Great energy, and everyone’s willing to help out. Lots of perks too: real opportunity for growth, 100% employer-paid medical, 401K match, generous PTO, and plenty of team activities that aren’t just your typical forced fun. Work-life balance is actually respected (not just lip service), and wins get celebrated! Overall, if you’re looking for a place with supportive coworkers, chances to grow, and leadership who’ll have your back, it’s hard to beat this place.

The company was growing rapidly and but lost track of finances and had to lay off members of the team as a result. They promised that would be the last of it but have since fired many members of the team in a rather abrupt manner. The culture curates a weak mindset rather than pushing people to strive for more success for the company; they would rather conformity to seniority versus bringing in new ideas and more success. Management never held up any promises, which included a refreshed job description since they shifted our duties following the initial layoff without letting us know the changes. They won awards in 2026 for being a "best workplace" but they also encouraged everyone in the office to respond with daily reminders and personal confirmations.
