-Disconnected Departments -Micromanagement by managers and VPs -Unwilling to look into new technology -Company is publicly losing money every quarter; more stress on employees -Preferential treatment for certain employees who in good graces with the VP -Bad work environment - you can sense the tension as soon as you walk in -Very old code base - fun trying to debug issues. -No appreciation -Management insults and degrades you on occasion -Company is headed in wrong direction. -This company has no idea about modern technology.
