I feel like I have a really great boss; he doesn’t micromanage and there is a heavy emphasis on training & continuing education. Great co-workers (our team at SV is extremely talented), it’s a “family first” environment. There is definitely a healthy balance of work and life outside of work. Everyone here truly cares about what they do and making each and every customer happy. We all seem to be working towards the same goal and that is to make SV the #1 audio/video company in the Bay Area.

There isn't much more room for growth in this position.

We truly have an amazingly positive company culture. It wasn’t until I came to work for SoundVision that I truly understood the importance of company culture. The Culture within our company sets the tone for everything we do and it shows in our work. It comes through in everything we do It is great to work for an organization that actually cares about its employees and truly cares about its clients. Two years ago, when the recession was starting, SoundVison had to make some cuts in the benefits package we offered our employees. This sucked and no one was happy about it. But, as soon as business picked up again our benefits came back. This, in my experience, sets SoundVision apart from many other companies. “Do the right thing” is not just something we say at company meetings, we live our Values everyday: We are Trustworthy, Compassionate, and Disciplined.
