I've worked at SOUPAGENCY for about five months now, and I wanted to leave it a while before I wrote a review to see how the business would develop and react to intense amounts of growth and change. I've personally had a great working experience here; I've come from the public sector, so moving into private was a bit of a shock to the system, but I feel that over the last five months, the business has really taken a lot of feedback on board and changed its approach to how information is shared, as well as how we listen to each other. The main pros for me would be: - Lots of opportunity and responsibility - my role has developed and grown, and I've been able to take part in a number of really exciting projects which have added to my experience and knowledge while challenging me. - A great work environment and atmosphere - lots of work has been done on improving the place we work as well as how we interact with each other. Management are easy to approach, and we now hold a weekly 'power hour' which is designed to share insight and find out how we can improve the business, with every member of staff offering suggestions. - A varied work week - my role encompasses a lot of different aspects, so every day is different! It's really meant that I've broadened my knowledge and got myself stuck into all sorts. - A great team - I'm lucky to be able to manage a great team of enthusiastic, bright colleagues who are keen to learn and develop themselves. This is a place and industry where things are constantly changing, which can be unsettling for some people - I personally love the pace and am always keen to know what's going on now!

The only con I would mention would be time for self-development, but now with the weekly 'power hour' that I've referenced above, this has been addressed and colleagues now have protected time for courses and learning modules built into their weeks.
