This company thrives on fake awards of the best places to work. It's all Public Relations and image. The Executive Management team has built a culture of customers first and first-class deliverables but does not have experts on their team to promote those first-class deliverables. Most of the advancements in the company come from really close friends or relatives of the executive team. The culture is toxic and does not promote growth. Employees are completely focused on themselves as individuals and not the overall well-being of the company. Employees are denied raises, but the executive team has multiple expensive cars. The CEO spends thousands of dollars on entertainment but ignores the struggling employees. Many have two jobs because their pay is just not enough.
