Not many pathways outside of L1-L2 support

Genuine great teams in all areas of the business. Quite an enjoyable ecosystem built and often sharing smiles and laughs between colleagues. Company is growing rapidly and despite no longer working there, I am still excited for their growth in market position. They offer a relaxed work environment with almost next to none rushed projects/timelines. High tenure at this organisation. Genuine founders of the company who can talk to directly about hobbies, activities and such.

Corporate management lacks ability to offer autonomy and will hover over you, run laps in the office desks ensuring you are 'looking productive' and make comments behind your back without approaching you to resolve. Standard corporate office politics. Lots of double standards. If your position doesn't involve being in the office, you'll be fine. Latter option I wouldn't recommend. Make sure you have everything in writing and documented to protect yourself. Dismissed unfairly but left on neutral terms.
